About Clinton

I grew up right here in Redwood Valley and I live just a few miles from the house I grew up in. That’s not a marketing point—it’s just context for what came next.

My path included 5 years as a U.S. Navy Electronics Technician and time at the Mendo County Farm Supply selling to local families, farms and ranches. Later, as a field tech for Max Machinery, I installed and optimized complex industrial systems across the U.S., Germany, and Mexico. When my son was born, the road started costing me things I couldn’t get back and I traded the road for a career that kept me home, earning my real estate license in 2003.

My previous roles defined my approach to real estate: the farm supply taught me how rural families live; the Navy instilled discipline and troubleshooting; and industrial machinery taught me to analyze complex mechanisms. To me, a property is a system and a transaction is a troubleshoot. That’s how I’m wired.

I’m not a generalist agent who happens to work in a rural area. I’m a real estate technician. I read well logs, evaluate perc tests, and know when a Cal Fire clearance issue is going to hold up your escrow—and what to do about it before it does.

Every property has warts. My job is to be your operational firewall and make sure you know about them before you close, not after. I’ll also tell you when it’s not the right time to buy or sell. I’ve lost sales doing it, and I’d do it again.

Clients who work well with me value substance over hype. They are usually analytical buyers relocating from out of the area who need a local translator, local owners making a bigger move, or families navigating a tough transition—like inheritance or divorce—who need the dread taken off the table so they can make a clean asset decision.

What you get on the other side is relief, respect, and continuity. I don't disappear after closing.
