Clint Hanks..... When I reached out to Clint for a farm that he had listed, within minutes...he was introducing himself to me... Fantastic response from Clint... I called Clint about the listing after 1pm. He did the impossible{ cover was in full force} He sent me the Covid documents, made contact with the seller , got the Covid Documents to the seller and made arrangements for the next day to view the farm... Clint worked continuously for me... That was just the first showing, in 5 trips , Clint showed me...probably close to dozen places...He knew exactly what I wanted , my dream farm just wasn't coming on the market.. THEN , I GET THE CALL........GET UP HERE TOMORROW , I found it...we have No Time to waste.... OMG.....CLINT came through .... Everything I was willing to sacrifice , I didn't have to. Clint found my Farm, found me a wonderful farming community , found me a place I can leave my Granddaughters .
